Durian Crepe

Semalam, blog walking dan ternampak satu makanan ni namanya Durian Crepe.Ya allah,nampak so tempting dan saya pun cari-cari resepi, terjumpa resepi dalam blog masam manis. Cantik sangat durian crepe dia.Saya ikut resepi tersebut dan hasilnya jadi.cuma saya rasa saya blend bahan-bahan tersebut sekejap dan tidak halus.Bila buat crepe,ada bubbles and it's not perfectly smooth.the durian filling really simple, just mashed the durian and put together with whipped creme.i never thought that eating whipped creme and durian are really delicious. sangat sedap bila makan time sejuk.Saya akan cuba lagi buat sampai crepe tersebut jadi halus dan cantik.

Oh,belum lagi.Masih lagi meneruskan part time bisnes ni. Cuma tidaklah sesibuk,dalam sebulan adalah sedikit rezeki. Masih berminat lagi dan masih belajar dan mencuba lagi.

Last week, saya cuba membuat pavlova cake yang sedang digemari ramai.But so sad, tak jadi.Maybe saya pukul terlalu perlahan adunannya.Yang jadi atasnya sahaja,tapi dalam tak masak.Haish.Frust.Tapi nak cuba lagi.

Minggu lepas juga saya bermacaroni bakar. Erm,cerita tentang macaroni bakar,Mr Hubby ada beli untuk saya rasa.Beli dari office.Rasanya sedap juga.Tapi favorite saya mestilah dari resepi arwah mak saya.Itulah satu-satunya resepi yang akan saya guna untuk buat macaroni bakar.Tiada telur,tiada rempah kari.Yang pasti untuk sedap,Cheddar cheese mesti lebih.

Oh, marilah sesiapa yang berminat nak mencuba bolehlah contact saya.Saya akan upload rupa macaroni tersebut. 

Makcik saya pandai buat puding di raja.Sedap sangat.Kalau dia dah start bisnesnya,saya akan war warkan di sini.Memang terbaek dari air tangannya.
