Risik Cuppies

Minggu lepas di Ipoh, agenda khas, dah lama tinggalkan dunia mengubah hantaran,sangat excited untuk mengubah semula. But it's just the beginning.

Red Velvet Cake - First attempt

My March project- Red Velvet Cake. Took the recipe from Joyofbaking. But failed to find buttermilk and substitute with milk and lemon juice. My food tester comment it taste weird. it's maybe from the bicarbonate soda.i guess so.

And another food tester said its yummylicious. i think taste of the cake is nice, i mean it's not that so bad (compliment for myself:)). For the cream cheese, one of the ingredient is vinegar. i didn't have it and skipped that part.

But the presentation is so horrible. I can’t wait to do the decoration. i'm supposed to wait until the cake really cold before finish it with the cream cheese on top of it, but you guys can see the photos, the outcome when someone is not patient do the decorations.
